KING KOMBO HINGE PALM BUTTON

I bought my first, and last king Kombo ladder

Button fell out not long after purchase, yet I should have complained rather than keep putting it back in
Now I have to replace and it’s so costly for a cheap bit of plastic
As soon as I change my ladder I’ll be moving away from this brand
And on site, i make other contractors aware of how poor the construction is, and how costly to replace

Two stars as the part is available but pretty insulting the manufacturer sells for £26 delivered when it would cost pennies to produce, at the end of the day the button shouldn’t come out so clearly design fault. Yes the ladder is good. Yes the part is available. But honestly this is daylight robbery.

Over priced

Although it was great to be able to get a replacement, as the ladders aren’t usable without! I find it absolutely disgusting that Little Giant profiteer off the parts by charging nearly £30 with postage for a cheap plastic part. The steps are expensive anyway, but I think worth it for what they offer. But nearly £30 for the button is excessive and out of order to existing customers in my mind.
