*Christmas Delivery Information*
Our last despatch date for delivery before Christmas will be December 21st. If you place an order on December 21st, your item will arrive on December 22nd (weather dependent). Placing an order on December 22nd, your item will be out for delivery on January 3rd onwards.
*Communication*
Our offices will be closed from midday on December 22nd, and we will re-open on January 2nd (08:30 – 17:00). If you’ve sent an enquiry during our closed period, we will respond from January 2nd onwards.

Orders for ex-stock items received by 2pm (Mon – Fri) will be despatched the same day, and are delivered according to the level of service you require. Certain items are made to order, for estimated delivery times on these products please refer to the product information sub sections. Express delivery services are not available for items that are made to order.

Please note that every effort is made by us and our carrier to deliver your order within the specified time, however the very nature of the product dictates that we cannot always guarantee the delivery date. In the unlikely event we cannot deliver your order within the specified time, we will endeavour to contact you in order to advise you of the situation and take instructions as to how you would prefer us to proceed.
The Seller shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
Title and risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods.
