KING KOMBO HINGE PALM BUTTON

Although it was great to be able to get a replacement, as the ladders aren’t usable without! I find it absolutely disgusting that Little Giant profiteer off the parts by charging nearly £30 with postage for a cheap plastic part. The steps are expensive anyway, but I think worth it for what they offer. But nearly £30 for the button is excessive and out of order to existing customers in my mind.

I will never buy another set of these ladders ever again!!!! To find the buttons fall out because of such a poor design was bad enough but to then be charged such an exorbitant price for such a small piece of plastic over £50 to replace two buttons I thought of getting in touch with trading stanfards or rogue traders . How long will it be before the replacements fall out ? I could end up paying £100 a year to own my own ladders!!!

Over priced part the ladder irself is really good but feel the plastic buttons a rip off price won't be buying another one

Way too expensive for what they are

These are far too expensive, you get two of them but for different types. So I now have a spare that’s no good to me as it wouldn’t work with my steps
